We did not in our wildest dreams think that we would have completed the entire process (including a new car, improvements to and selling our current home, buying a new home, and establishing a new investment strategy) in just over three months.  If you had told us at the start that we would do this, and during Stage 3 and Stage 4 lockdown, we would have told you that you were crazy.

But here we are.  It is fair to say that we could not have done it without you.  Thank you so very much.

My take home message from the Royal Commission is that customers are protected from banks’ bad behaviour when they have representatives like you who are 100% independent of the banks and wholly loyal to the customer.
