My Short Story
Growing up I watched my parents work hard to provide myself and my siblings with everything we needed, from the basic living necessities through to a great education and amazing life experiences. I learnt early on the principles of hard work, saving and the need for financial independence.
While at university completing my degree, I knew I loved numbers and strategic thinking but didn’t want to be an accountant. While still studying, I decided to explore other avenues. This lead me on my first hunt where I found a data entry job in a small financial planning practice. While working in this firm I watched as two friends lost a substantial amount of life savings in an investment scheme that went very wrong. Two highly intelligent but busy people who trusted in the advice they were being given.
This helped cement my understanding that financial advice was not just about the numbers but about the relationships forged between adviser and client. Financial Planning became an obvious career path.
I left that firm looking for a better fit. A fit where I could grow to become a trusted adviser to others.
After graduating and working in other firms, I eventually found my fit. WARR HUNT’s focus on holistic client care and evidence based investing has realised my vision of assisting people to achieve both their personal and financial goals throughout life.
Building a trusting, honest relationship allows the client the freedom to understand their decisions and the impact this will have not only on them but their family and their future financial independence.
More About Bianca
Bianca is a Principal and the first of our next generation of owners of the firm. Bianca also holds the leadership responsibility of Head of Advice, and her commitment to developing others while raising a young family is truly outstanding.
Bianca joined the firm in 2013 and has been an advisor since 2015. In recognition of her commitment to helping our clients live their ideal lives for over 10 years, Bianca became a Principal in 2024.
Bianca was recognised for excellence in advice as the 2024 FAAA CFP® Professional of the Year. This was after being named as one of three finalists in the 2023 FAAA CFP® Professional of the Year.
In her personal time, Bianca is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
