Fiona joined the team in 2024, bringing diverse clients ervices expertise. From day one, she has embodied our values and demonstrated a deep passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
In 2025, Fiona stepped confidently into the role of Client Experience Manager—a natural fit for someone who thrives on stepping out of her comfort zone and going the extra mile to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She is always learning and relentlessly attentive in supporting both clients and colleagues. Fiona loves being part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about the well-being and goals of every client.
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys a change of pace with her husband, vintage shopping and regular Mat pilates. Fiona never leaves home without a book!
