My Short Story
I like to think the Financial Planning profession chose me. Towards the end of my university degree, I enrolled in an investment subject to gain a better understanding of how to manage my own finances. After nearly 5 years of study, it was the first subject that truly spoke to me.
To explore potential career paths in the investment world, I attended a panel discussion featuring a range of professionals. It was the Financial Planner’s presentation that really resonated with me, and from that moment, I knew which direction I wanted to take. I chose financial planning – and I’ve neverlooked back.
Later, after starting a family and transitioning to part-time work, I discovered a new passion: helping team members grow and develop their skills, and finding ways to improve systems and processes within the business. In many ways, I had found my calling.
More About Natasha
Natasha returned to WARR HUNT as Head of Operations in 2025. Her journey with the firm began in 2007 when she joined as an Associate. Over the years she progressed to Financial Advisor and then Senior Advisor before transitioning into an Operations role in 2015.
After a decade at WARR HUNT, Natasha took a step back from full time work and then went on to hold leadership roles in Operations and Client Services at other advisory firms.
When Natasha began exploring her next career opportunity, the timing aligned perfectly. She had stayed in contact with Anthony, our Managing Director, throughout her time away, the role they were looking to fill felt like the natural next step.
Outside of work, Natasha is an early riser who enjoys starting her day at the gym. She has a love for musicals, sharing good food with family and friends, and spends plenty of time chauffeuring her two boys to their various sporting and social commitments.
