My Short Story
Zoe joined our client services team in July 2015. Over the next 10 years Zoe progressed to Client Service Leader in 2019, Operations Manager in 2021 and in 2025 moved to a new role of Technology Operations Manager.
Zoe now plays a pivotal role in ensuring we have the technology we need to look after our clients with excellence. It’s a diverse role that involves working with people throughout our team and juggling multiple projects and priorities. Zoe tackles every new challenge with her trademark head down and sleeves up to get the job done, ensuring our clients are best placed to succeed financially throughout life.
We have been so fortunate to have Zoe as part of our firm since 2015, seeing her develop and lead teams within the firm.
Outside of work, Zoe enjoys riding her horse, Ollie, and going on adventures with her partner and their daughter, along with two dogs Duke & Daisy.
