2025 Team Update | Promotions and Milestones
As we say goodbye to another financial year, it gives me great pleasure to announce our team promotions and significant milestones.
Graduate to Advisor Pathways Program and New Team Members
2025 marks a significant milestone for WARR HUNT with the launch of our Graduate to Advisor Pathways Program, led by Bianca Musico, Principal and FAAA CFP Professional of the Year. This program reflects years of refinement and team input, designed to nurture the next generation of financial advisors.
Over the last 4 months, we welcomed 3 talented young people to our Graduate to Advisor Pathways program:
Allison Lee joined as an Associate, working alongside Bianca Musico. She is currently completing a Master of Financial Planning with her sights set on becoming a Financial Advisor. We look forward to guiding her through this journey.
Tom Lowe and Gabby Cameron joined our Client Services team. Both have aspirations to grow and develop in the financial and wealth management profession.
Team Promotions
Congratulations to the following team members:
- Will Fraser-Smith: Appointed to Client Services Associate after completing phase 1 of our new Graduate Program. Will’s commitment to growth and his aspiration for a career in financial advice are commendable.
- Fiona Paganis: Appointed to Client Experience Manager, recognised for her dedication to exceptional client experience and wellbeing.
- Oliver Cahill: Promoted to Financial Advisor after completing his Professional Year. His commitment to the firm's values and passion for growth make him an exceptional advice team member. Oliver works alongside Sam Hunt.
Team Milestones
Over the last quarter we recognised and celebrated the following significant team milestones:
- Janet Hicks: 5 years of service, anchoring our financial operations since May 2020.
- Zoe Vincent: 10 years of service, progressing from client services to leading technology operations.
- Marina Warr: 20 years of unwavering support, compliance leadership and coordinating our annual team retreats.
Building a strong culture is not just about attracting and retaining talented individuals; it’s about creating an environment where they can grow and enjoy spending time together whilst serving our clients. Our commitment to this is reflected in our comprehensive development programs and our belief in facilitating work-life harmony.
